All components of the Prize, including airfares and accommodation, will be coordinated and booked on behalf of the winner by a designated LAPM Prize Concierge (Prize Concierge).
The winner must not independently book flights or accommodation and seek reimbursement from LAPM unless LAPM agrees otherwise in writing.
5.2 Winner Notification and Onboarding
Upon verification of the winner, LAPM will provide the winner with a Digital Prize Certificate by email together with the contact details of the designated Prize Concierge.
The Digital Prize Certificate confirms the winner's entitlement to the Prize but does not have a cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
5.3 Booking Window
The winner must contact the Prize Concierge and provide their preferred travel dates and required guest details within three (3) months of the draw date.
The winner must provide sufficient flexibility in their preferred travel dates to enable the Prize Concierge to secure flights and accommodation within the Prize value and subject to availability.
All travel must be completed on or before 30 June 2027, regardless of when the Prize is booked.
5.4 Airfares
The Prize Concierge will arrange return economy airfares for up to:
from the winner's eligible Australian departure location to Ballina Byron Gateway Airport (BNK) or Gold Coast Airport (OOL).
The applicable departure location, routing and airline will be determined by the Prize Concierge having regard to availability and the total Prize value.

The Prize does not entitle the winner to a cash payment for any unused portion of the $2,500 Prize value.
