What we do
Thirty years inside law firms, not around them.
LAPM builds software for Australian and New Zealand law firms and runs the practice management behind it. Our software is LAPM OS, Precedents, Bundles, Accounting, Payroll and LAPM AI. Our services are data migrations and outsourced practice management. It is all delivered by one team.
Every product came from running law firm back offices ourselves: the trust reconciliation that would not balance, the payroll a generic package got wrong, the template copied from the last matter.

Our team is located throughout Australia and often attends on site for go-live, working with your team in person rather than dialling in.

Lana Lake — CEO and Managing Director
A law firm management consultant with two decades in legal practice management and SaaS, Lana has held senior roles in leading multinationals overseeing operations, systems and technology integrations. As a business owner she is dedicated to helping firms streamline their processes, and that is where every LAPM product came from.
Paddy Hawkins — CFO
Paddy came from data science and runs both LAPM’s financial performance and its data transitions, the part of a migration where every balance has to land to the cent.
Behind Lana and Paddy sit a general manager, a practice management team, legal operations, software engineers, implementation consultants and document specialists.
