Accounting that moves as fast as your firm does.
Set up your chart of accounts or bring it across from Xero, historical transactions included. GST is handled at the line level, built around law firm disbursements and cost recovery. Every invoice posts straight to the general ledger.
- Live GL balances. The number on screen is the number in the database.
- An audit trail that holds. You cannot delete a posted journal; voiding leaves a reversal.
- Three-way reconciliation. Statement, journal and GL balance, to the cent.

Task-driven AI that does the work, not a chatbot that talks about it.
Tell LAPM AI what you need in plain English. It builds the task from your firm’s own data, with the matter, rate, units and amount filled in. Change anything, confirm, and it is written to the matter, the ledger and the audit trail. Answers are read-only; anything that changes data waits for your confirmation.
- Matters and workflow. Open a matter with parties, dates and tasks, move it on, run a conflict check.
- Time and billing. Record time and disbursements, invoice unbilled work, record payments.
- Trust and money. Trust balances, unbilled WIP, what is owed, aged debtors.

Data migrations · scoped and quoted per firm
Project management, implementation, training and support.
Moving a firm is not a data exercise, it is an operations exercise. We scope it, run the extraction and import, configure the new system, train your people and stay with you through go-live. The minimum lead time is two to four weeks.
